Why look after your tyres?

Tyres must have the correct air pressure, tread depth and balance to get the best wear. Checking your tyres on a regular basis, particularly for proper and accurate inflation pressure, is an important step in protecting your safety on the road. Tyre rotations are also a must with any type of vehicle or machine.
Wheels that are not balanced or are out of balance generally produce a vibration that is uncomfortable to drive on and result in premature wearing of suspension and steering components, rotating parts and tyres. Correctly balanced wheels help to eliminate vibration and avoid premature wear caused by an imbalance in the rotating wheel and tyre assembly.
